Can I change my order?

Of course! We get that things happen.

Any change (like frame choice, shipping address, or location) comes with a minimum $5 change fee.
The exact fee just depends on how much work we’ve already done.

The sooner you reach out, the easier it is for us to help.

Need to cancel? We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis. A minimum 5% cancellation fee may apply.

Can you make my lake, island, beach, or city?

YES! We love custom work. Send us a message and let’s bring your spot to life.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because each map is custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.

If you’ve added personalization, you’ll get a PDF proof to review before we start production.

If your map arrives damaged or with an error that was not on the approved pdf, please contact us within 14 days so we can make it right.

Note: We work with real wood, so knots and unique wood grain are totally normal—and part of the charm!

Can I personalize my map?

Yes! We love personalizing maps.

Will I get to see my map before you make it?

If you added personalization, yes! We’ll send you a PDF proof to check over.

Make sure to double check all the details—we can’t fix what gets approved.
Colors in the proof aren’t exact, so focus on the design details.
Please reply within 48 hours to keep things moving. If we don’t hear from you in 4 days, we’ll assume you’re happy and start production.

How many edits can I make to my proof?

You can make up to three rounds of reasonable edits. After that, a minimum $30 design fee may apply.

When will my order ship?

Standard orders: Around 2 weeks
Custom orders: May take a bit longer—we’ll keep you updated
Holiday season: Please allow up to 4 weeks (shop early!)
Rush orders: Contact us ASAP to see if we can meet your deadline (rush fees may apply)

What map styles do you offer?

2D Maps – Two layers of wood: natural wood land detail + blue-stained water with crisp white depth lines.

3D Maps – Up to 8 separate depth layers for stunning dimension, no matter how deep your water is.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Sadly, no—our products are just too big to wrap.

But we can tuck a handwritten card inside your package if you’d like. Just let us know!
